My goal is to make sure everyone that places their trust in me as a philanthropic business owner is 100% satisfied. For this reason, any pendant you receive that does not meet or exceed your expectation can either be replaced with a new pendant, absolutely free of charge, or receive a full refund on your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your pendant for any reason, simply go the Contact Me page of my PurposefulPendants.com online store and let me know the reason for your dissatisfaction. Let me also know how you would like to resolve the matter.
All returned pendants must be returned in their original packaging. Simply cover over the original shipping label on the bottom of the box with the new return shipping label.
All refund amounts will be returned to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
